In the 1800’s Male Menopause was a common subject!

With women many female functions are “changing” and loss of Sleep not the only side affect! With males and females, lack of proper sleep can come in many ways, from a few hours of sleep or just very poor sleep! In sever cases a person may not sleep at all or maybe 15 minutes a night, etc. After several weeks the loss of sleep turns into a Crisis! The Great Chiropractors long ago would attempt to adjust the skull plate above the ear. They would out the patient in a head lock and then “Smack” the side of their head very hard, seeking to adjust the skull plate above the ear! This actually can work, but finding a chiropractor that can do that–is near impossible! Why the side of the ear? Why could that influence Not Sleeping at all? It appears their is an artery above the ear that connects to the Pituitary Gland and when the gland is “Infected”, the artery swells and pushes the skull plate outward. In this case, it is a Pituitary Gland infection / swelling! Normally people take sleeping “aids” of all sorts! From pills, herbs and anything they can try! Supplementing with melatonin type drugs are always a bad option because you never want to supplement anything that the body is making! No naps / sleeping in the daytime, keep busy/work during the day, no irritating foods, do not eat before bedtime, etc.
