Freeze Dried Royal Jelly
Royal Jelly can have 80% moisture content and spoil rapidly once removed from the bee hive. Freeze Drying at -80 degrees takes the Freeze Dried Powder to 1% moisture. All commercial sources are mandated to state that products have a shelf life of 2 years at most, can be most anything, even essential oils that have survived since the pyramids were built- when made today, the manufacturer must say “expires” in 2 years. Those that freeze drying foods and meats like to say freeze drying can last 25-30 years. I suggest all Bulk / Extra freeze dried Royal Jelly or freeze dried anything be kept in a freezer for long term storage and your bottle you are using out of daily; is fine on the counter top for my use- each person has to research and determine what they choose to believe for their use.
Pre 1950’s Royal Jelly books all suggested 100mg daily for life and the Royal Horses they suggested 500mg daily! Dr. Cass Ingram Longevity Book and the above japan hospital suggested dosages in modern times, can be much larger. Basically is is how much your willing to spend! I personally take 1 large heaping spoon each morning with other herbs and if I felt any sort of health situation, I will take 3 total spoons through out the day. That is what I like.
